We will reward you with $500 for each and every placement resulting from your referrals!

If you only send one referral of a hiring manager you can receive $500 every time we make a placement!

All you have to do is give us names and contact information of professionals that you work with, have worked with, interviewed at, play softball with, etc. We will then contact them and either ask for a resume submission or try to secure a working agreement with their company.

You can either give us names of job-seekers that we might be able to place, or even better the names of Hiring Managers, HR professionals, CTO's or CIO's. Each time we place someone through these people you get your $500 fee. These contacts can produce an ongoing source of passive income.

How it Works:   Referral of Companies/Hiring Managers
·  We contact any hiring manager or HR professionals that you refer, and if we can secure a working     agreement with them, and then tag every placement made with your name
·  Any time we place someone with your company we contact you to inform you
·  Any time a placement remains with your company for at least 3 months, we send you a check

How it Works:   Referral of Candidates
·  We contact your referrals, or they submit their resume directly, and we tag their resume with your name
·  Any time we place a candidate of yours we will contact you
·  If the candidate remains with their new company for at least 3 months, we send you a check

How Much am I Paid?
·  For each permanent placement you will receive $500
·  For each contractor working a minimum of 500 hours you will receive $300

How to Qualify
·  You must complete the forms above
·  Refer any company with I.T., engineering or construction related positions
·  Submit as many candidates or hiring managers as you wish, but only submit those who you have or have     had personal contact with
·  Qualified candidates are not already in our system
·  Qualified companies (hiring managers) are those whom we do not have an existing recruiting agreement     with, or have not been submitted by another person within 3 months
·  Candidate referrals remain valid for 6 months
·  Company referrals remain valid for 3 months or for as long as our contract with the company remains in     place, whichever is greater

Additional Info
·  We will contact you after your initial submission to confirm admission
·  We will store your information, and use your email address as your unique login
·  We will never give or sell this information to any third party
·  Paying you is our favorite part because then you will tell others and we will get more referrals!
