You will find your experience with AGP Resources very different. Our Sr. Recruiters all began recruiting in the 1990's, and average 44 years of age. AGP recruiters are uniquely experienced professionals who know how to get the job done right, while respecting the value of both candidates and clients. While we do represent our client companies, we value our relationship with you, and strive to make our association both profitable and pleasant for you. We respect your privacy. We will never knowingly place you in a compromising situation.

We will not submit your resume to anyone without your prior approval, unless you direct us to do otherwise.

We may suggest minor alterations to your resume in order to better present your skills and value. We will never alter your resume without your permission.

We will never knowingly mis-represent either your interest in a position or our client's interest in you. A bad fit is a waste of everyone's time.

We are professional recruiters, not professionals in your industry. Our engineering , construction and programming knowledge is nowhere near yours. While we regularly study your industries, we sometimes rely on your technical knowledge in understanding the perfect fit. We can only get better at this if you help educate us on the latest and best standards in your industry.

Please understand that our recruiters do not usually conduct job searches for job seekers. We work for the employer who pays all costs involved. If you see a position for which you are qualified, you may submit your resume to AGP Resources for that position.
